Mail-in repairs are handled as soon as they arrive, and are shipped back the very next morning. Most of the wait is actually just the shipping back and forth. We'll even cover the cost of USPS return shipping and tracking.
Mail your device to us any way you like (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We find bubble wrap and a padded envelope work best. Be sure to include a brief note, your contact info, and passcode to the device (if there is one).
Your device will be repaired as soon as it comes in. You will receive an invoice in your inbox, which can be paid online by credit or debit card.
As soon as we receive payment, your device is mailed back. We cover the cost of USPS return shipping and tracking.
